Congrats FillQuick users, we now have the ability to tag your customer accounts. This feature can be very useful when you want to group and filter through accounts. Perhaps you have a few customers who are a family friend and you want to find which customers are your family friends. Tag the account as such from the general info page at the top and search away.
Many people have customers call in and have issues that need to be resolved. Tag the account with the custom tag you created and come back to the account when you need. Done fixing the issue? Delete the custom tag and the account is no longer tagged. The use of alarm dealer customer tags for security companies and dealers is endless. Feel free to get creative.
