We are glad to announce FillQuick’s new “Account Number Helper” feature. You can now enter your account number blocks into FillQuick, and pull from these blocks as you create new customers.
To enter your account number blocks, you go to
Customers > Account Numbers
And you click the “+ New Block” button. This will open a dialog where you can enter the new block information.
When you create a new customer, you will see a small “Get” button attached to the “Account#” field.
When you click this button, the “Account Number Selector” dialog will open to let you choose the account number from the blocks you entered into FillQuick.
When you select an account number, the number will become unavailable for 10 minutes (in case you are a large, busy company with multiple secretaries creating customers at the same time). And when you complete the form and click “Create Customer”, the account number will be marked as Used and will not show in the selector dialog again.
